The purpose of this contract is for the European Commission to acquire such assistance from the Contractor as may be required to:
       (1) provide the technical expertise for the definition and development of cooperation projects to be funded under the INSC;
       (2) draft the corresponding project proposals and tender documents associated to the selected cooperation projects;
        (3) advise the European Commission on the nuclear related issues in regions of interest based on the assessment of the situation;
        (4) accompany and support the European Commission officials in fact-finding or technical missions;
        (5) produce overview reports within the context of the INSC programme as required.
