The project summary will be published after the completion of the project.
The purpose of this contract is for the European Commission to acquire such assistance from the Consultant as may be required to
(1) prepare an evaluation of the INSC programme to date and to
(2) develop cooperation programmes, project-proposals, tender documents and reports within the context of the INSC programme to:
–     improve the nuclear safety culture (including at the design and operation levels);
–     improve protection against ionising radiations;
–     address problems related to radioactive waste and spent fuel;
–     assist in implementing nuclear safeguards
in the beneficiary countries, within the context of the INSC programme.
