Background

A workshop had to be organised by the Italian chair of the G8, in the frame of the Nuclear Safety and Security Group (NSSG), under the auspices of the Italian government and in close cooperation with the IAEA and the European Commission, to be held in Bologna, Italy, in October-November 2009. In the framework of the activities of the Instrument for Nuclear Safety Cooperation, the European Commission agreed to cover the expenses of the participants, mainly from the potential partner countries and the Member States.

Objectives

For this workshop, with a duration of three to five days, booking hotel facilities, travel arrangements, including the payment of the daily allowances and respective visa expenses for each participant, had to be made.

Project Results

The Workshop was sufficiently organised by the company LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL, SPOL SRO. This contract started on 7 September 2009.
