Description

Objective

The project aimed to implement a Western utility’s perspective, experience and availability of feed-back from numerous In-Service Inspections, into the execution of Project R2.05/93.
For this purpose, the main objective of this project was to help and support the assessment of improved ISI methodology and programme in Russia.

The Contractor, as a utility, guaranteed a wide open and independent approach for the supportive steps of this project in relation to the data collection, elaboration of improved ISI programme, identification of ISI needed equipment, assessment and elaboration of technical specifications for ISI equipment, presentation and technical support of the results to Gosatomnadzor.

Result

The aim set forth in the relevant TOR was reached by direct input into the work of R2.05/93.
This has been achieved by review and revision of the documents produced in project R2.05/93.
