NUCLEAR SAFETY ON SITE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME 1992

NUCLEAR SAFETY ON SITE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME 1992

Description

Objective
The European Commission organised a meeting in Moscow in March 1993 between the Russian Authorities, the EC, WANO, TPEG (Twinning Programme Engineering Group) and other EC Consultants to discuss the TACIS 1992 Nuclear Safety programme. By far the largest component of the TACIS 1992 nuclear safety programme was dedicated to On-Site Assistance (OSA) activities for the Russian nuclear power plants.
The Commission financed the participation of five independent EU experts in this meeting for the discussions on the OSA programme. The five experts were financed through five small contracts (21994, 21996, 21997, 21998 and 22039) covering the daily fees and travel & subsistence allowances related to their participation in the meeting.
Project Results
The meeting took place between 10 and 13 March 1993.
