The original valves, 48 valves in total, for which spare parts are necessary (Gate valves, Globe valves, Check valves) were supplied in 1976 by GEC Alsthom-VELAN.

Kalinin Make up water preparation (I)
Objective
The water quality on Kalinin Unit 2 has similar shortcomings as in Unit 1. The successful approach which was applied in project R1.03/92A for Kalinin Unit 1 shall be extended on Unit 2.

Objective
A general assessment was to be performed on how to improve the medium voltage supply at Kalinin. The assessment should cover medium voltage distribution associated with automation, supervision and cabling.
