Background
The Ostrovnoy naval base started operation in the 1960s for the refuelling and storage of spent nuclear fuel of nuclear submarines.
Background
This project was implemented through three separate contracts:
Background
1) Background
The OSA contract to this project bridged the time to continue without interruption the On-Site-Activity of the Western Utility RWE.
Background
Due to a backlog of several Tacis equipment supply projects for Balakovo NPP, caused by external factors, there was an urgent need to make provisions for the proper follow-up of these projects.
Project Aims
The work to be performed under this contract was aimed at preparing the co-operation with the Ukrainian NPP Zaporozhe in continuation of a previous Tacis programme implementation.
1) Background
Continuation of TACIS OSA (On-Site Assistance) at Zaporozhye NPP.
